We’ve made some changes to the Ultimate DVD Set, and posted a list of everything included. Rocks was dropped, while the Long Term Support version of Ubuntu replaced it. Gentoo was also added, replacing the DesktopBSD DVDs.
The official Gentoo LiveDVD is now part of our DVD collection, and we have added screenshots for it and the Xubuntu Desktop CD.
We’ve added the Ubuntu 6.10 Desktop CDs already, and as downloads complete, we will be updating the DVDs, Kubuntu, and Xubuntu discs. 6.10 will replace Kubuntu and Xubuntu 6.06.1 LTS, but we will be keeping Ubuntu 6.06.1 LTS along with 6.10 because of Ubuntu’s commitment to keep updating this version until 2009 (2011 for the sever version).
We just added the Fedora Unity Live-Spin DVD (LiveDVD) to the FrozenTech Store. The Live Spin DVD is great if you want to quickly check out the Fedora Desktop. Combine it with your favorite virtual machine software (Qemu, Parallels, VMWare, etc), and you don’t even need to reboot.
Puppy Linux 2.11 is now available. A complete changelog is up at the Puppy site. We are offering the version with extra video drivers as the only different between it and the standard version are some extra video card drivers for X.org.
We just added the 6 CD set of SUSE for PowerPC processors to the store.
